Both properties can enjoy the magnificent gardens complete with ponds, rowing boat, ducks, sculptures and delightful planting of beech tunnels, wisteria walks and even a Hobbit House, and Wendy play-house! Neither of the properties is suitable for the less mobile tenant and the spiral stairs are steep. Young children should be supervised both on the stairs and in the garden where the water features are not fenced off.

The hand painted medieval Hall with its original carved fireplace and open fire is an absolute delight and the later addition of a sitting room at the top of the tower gives you spectacular 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside. This is an ancient building and the rooms are set over 4 floors linked by steep staircases. The two bedrooms are on the second floor and share a bathroom.
