Entered through a security entry door system, you will then find yourself making your way up to the first floor and the private entrance door of the apartment. The large, spacious hallway gives access to all rooms in the apartment; the master king-size bedroom and the double bedroom are located at the rear of the property with the twin room at the front.
There is a comfortably sized shower room with a shower cubicle, WC and basin.
The tastefully decorated open plan kitchen and lounge (fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and fridge freezer) has a table situated in the large bay window so you can enjoy the views out over the River Forth.
